Challenge
Operations ran on spreadsheets, email, and a mix of legacy tools. Planning and capacity were hard to see; handoffs broke down.
What we did
We built an internal platform that centralises scheduling, capacity views, and delivery milestones. Role-based views so each team sees what they need; automated reminders and simple reporting so nothing falls through.
Outcome
Planning cycles shortened, fewer missed handoffs, and one source of truth for delivery status. The team still runs it daily.
