Challenge

Clients asked the same questions repeatedly; support was bottlenecked on manual reports and access requests.

What we did

A branded client portal with SSO, contract and usage dashboards, and configurable reports. Clients get read-only access to their data; support handles exceptions instead of routine requests.

Outcome

Support ticket volume dropped for reporting and access; clients can self-serve most questions. We iterated on reports based on real usage.
